Dry Cellulose Sponge Cloth
For many years we have been converting wet cellulose sponge cloth for various applications, and more recently have been working on new developments with our supplier for a dry sponge cloth product. for some new market areas. The cloth will be:-
- Abrasion Resistant
- Biodegradable
- Highly Absorbent to fluids
- Anti-fungal
- Impart no residues or lint
- Medical approvals

- Milk producing Cattle Hygienic wipes
- Humidity control

- Hygiene control
New PVC Foam Developments
At Intec Foams we continue to develop new foam products with our suppliers and are currently developing
- A cheap low density PVC HF weldable foam to improve the physical strength over the existing VP100 grade. It will have a smoother cell structure and should be available in thicknesses from 1.5mm through to 20mm.
- A semi open cell PVC foam in an attempt to improve the amount of gas expansion that appears with closed cell foams where motifs, badges and logo's are to be produced.
- A supersoft PVC foam for some niche markets that we are exploring
- Perforated PVC foam to give a more aesthetically pleasing foam allowing customers the opportunity to have an enhanced product without the need to apply a further material for an enhanced appearance
- A Yoga/Pilates mat made solely from PVC foam - details to be released.
All of these products should become available within the 1st half of 2012.
