Polyethylene Foam
Polyethylene Foam is closed cell and produced in cross-linked or non cross-linked versions. Cross linked foams are superior in physical properties.
Polyethylene Foam is strong resilient closed cell foam, used for a variety of applications. Cross-linked versions are longer lasting and physical properties are much better. A wide range of densities and hardness’s are available too. Available in Rolls, Sheets or cut to size or shape. There are many thicknesses and densities available ranging from special 0.2mm grades to virtually any thickness up to 100mm. Thicker sections can be created by lamination.

Routed Polyethylene Foam
Routing is a process that allows foams to be cut with internal shapes and cut out’s that are set a different depths to give a Presentation Packaging piece. With 3 and 5 axis CNC machines, low volume 3-D shapes can be created.
This process is ideal for Polyethylene Foam and gives an excellent finish.
Polyethylene Foam Extrusions
Extrusion is a process that creates a cross sectional foam shape and it is made in long lengths.
Polyethylene Foam Tubes, Edge Protectors and Cord products are available, many of which are kept in stock. Special shapes can be produced, subject to minimum quantities depending on the size of the profile.
Typical uses
- Pipe Lagging/ Protection
- Edge protection
- Backer Rods
- Corner protection
- Special Profiles can be produced - subject to Minimum Order Quantities
